IMO the Downtown is always the heart of the community. We didn't make the list yet New England, and New Hampshire and Massachusetts have some amazing Downtowns. Haverhill is my city and have watched it transform itself beautifully over the last 15 years. Newburyport, Derry New Hampshire, Salem MA, 3 examples of a very long list.

Ive traveled the country many times. I lived in Dallas a few years. Lots of great places, but nothing compares to what we have here. MA, NH... and the other NE States. 100%

Whale watching tours, botanical gardens, castles, harborfront restaurants, and museums are a few of the memorable attractions that await in the towns below.
