Exciting news from our team! Last week, my partners and I officially closed on this stunning historic mill building in Lowell, Massachusetts. The property is currently master leased by the state of Massachusetts until 2028, providing a secure foundation as we plan the next chapter for this beautiful space.
Massachusetts is experiencing a persistent housing crisis, with demand for quality, affordable homes consistently outpacing supply. We're eager to be part of the solution by starting the process of converting this former office building into much-needed residential apartments.
We have engaged a local architectural firm to reimagine the building and maximize its potential for the community. Our goal is to create between 40 and 48 thoughtfully designed apartments, offering a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. This adaptive reuse project will not only preserve the buildingβs historic charm but also provide new homes for Lowell and contribute to revitalizing the neighborhood.
Our vision includes sustainable design principles, modern amenities, and a strong focus on fostering a vibrant resident community. We are excited to share this journey as we work towards the transformation, and look forward to collaborating with the City of Lowell throughout the process.
Stay tuned for updates as we break ground in the coming months and take concrete steps toward bringing more housing options to Massachusetts. Thank you to everyone who has supported this venture so far!
