With over 30 years of operational experience, most recently, Richard owned a commercial real estate company, specializing as a property manager overseeing the construction, building maintenance, leasing, negotiating, environmental services, marketing and staffing services of all residing properties, which had a combined cash flow of over $10 million annually. Prior to joining Rand, Richard managed
various industrial textile services plants in the greater New York City region. For more than 10 years, Richard was Vice President of Operations for a prominent textile services company, where he coordinated sales distributions by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals for the company, as well as instituting training programs for sales representatives. Prior to this role, Richard was the Director of Special Projects for the company, generating new development deals that focused on multi-family residential projects, including real estate market analysis. Within the last 10 years, Richard has had personal experience with the redevelopment of mixed-use properties in Columbia County, New York, where he was honored with the Historic Hudson Preservation Award in 2004 in the category of Contribution to Neighborhood Development. Richard has served on the Chamber of Commerce in Columbia County as well as having served as past president of the Hudson Business Alliance.
