Last week, I had the privilege of visiting my past clients. They have done amazing work on their 🏠 and are planning several more 🔨.

Congratulations 🎊 to my first time homebuyers!!! They close last week, which was a little hectic. I didn't want to forget to post this for them. We saw two houses, beat out multiple offers and got the sweetest closing. Settlement with the sellers was more like a party verse closing on a house.

Ps. I got an email later that day from the sellers thanking me for a smooth transaction from submitting an offer to getting the buyers to closing
