April 29, 1972, we said "I Do" to each other, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health. We have lived through it all during the last 54 years. We have created so many wonderful memories together. Thank you for being by my side through it all. I love you more now than when we started this journey. I thank God for his many blessings that we have received, mainly due to your faithfulness. May we be blessed with many more years together. You are still my girl. Happy Anniversary Sweetheart.

What does this mean?
It means that the fury of buying that we all witnessed the last couple of years is over. Inventory is starting to increase giving Buyers more choice. Sellers are still needing to sell and move. It also means that Sellers need to make their property more attractive. No more selling "As Is". As inventory increases, it should put downward pressure on prices. But don't wait for the bottom to buy, no one knows where that is. Hire yourself a Realtor to help guide you through the process. Hire me.

Got spend the day with some of my favorite people at the Episcopal Church of the Eastern Shore of Maryland Diocesan Convention. St. Mary Anne's Episcopal Church in North East was represented by our Rector, Fr. John Shaeffer, our Rector Emeritus, Sam Hartman, delegates Scott & Susan Zerr, and I represented the Vestry of the church. During the day we all got to tour Camp Wright which is located right on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. It is a summer camp for Episcopal youth.
The Episcopal Diocese of the Eastern Shore of Maryland is alive and healthy and is continuing to carry out the work that God has planned for us. If you don't have a home church already or you don't have a church at all, visit an Episcopal Church near you anytime. All are welcome.
