✔️private—property is fenced and gated with security cameras at entry

We are looking for LONG TERM tenants (12+ month lease) and will consider a reduced rate for an 18-24mo commitment.

We have TWO 1BR CABINS available right now! If you love the outdoors and want to be by the lake - this is the perfect place to live. All of my long term tenants love it here and rave about how it’s the most peaceful place to live.🥰

We have another 2BR CABIN and our ONLY RV SITE coming up JULY 1. I am ready to lock leases in for both of these.

We have some cabins coming up!

Our tenant in one of our 2 bedrooms is moving out and our tenant in one of our 1 bedrooms is upgrading (our tenants are usually pretty happy here so I try to always offer vacant cabins to existing tenants and their friends and family first).

The attached 1/1 cabin will be available (again!) 4/1. I also have an almost identical cabin that has different finish-outs that will be available 5/1 because one of my long time tenants is finally buying a house! Yay for them/sad for me. Across the street from lake hawkins, great small community. Private playground on site and property includes a handful of quiet neighbors on over 8 fenced acres with gated entry access. Laundry can be available for a small extra fee pp.
