Icon At Rosecrans consists of 127 units. We have reached our preliminary goal of 300 applications. We are currently reviewing each application.
Please note that all applications will be reviewed. Please understand that we have received over 1,420 applications and reviewing each one will take time. Any applicants who are conditionally approved, but not part of the 300 applications we are currently reviewing, will go onto the wait list.
If you received a denial, please read the denial letter and follow to proper appeal process. You must submit the required information within 14 days. If you fail to submit the information within 14 days, your denial will remain and if you must reapply if you wish to be placed on the wait list. If you appeal within the 14 days, you will be rescheduled for an interview to present your documents.
Please note that if you were denied, you were denied based on the information that YOU provided on your application. Reasons for denial are listed in the Tenant Selection Plan (you may find the Tenant Selection Plan on our page). If anything changed between the time you applied and the time you received a denial, you must notify us in writing by appealing the denial. You can not call the office, notify us of the change and be approved. It must ALL be in writing through the proper appeal process.
