Notice of water being off at the 420 building tomorrow at around noon. Your toilets can still be flushed twice. But the water will have to be off to replace a shower valve. This job could take a couple of hours. I assure you, we will do Everything we can to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Just a reminder that we do try to keep the sidewalks and stairs cleared BUT everyone's schedules are different...
So, for your convenience, we have shakers of ice melt located in each laundry room and/or near the tops of the staircases so that you can help yourselves to a clear path.
If you need more, please let Dana know ASAP.

Anyone that has not had a walk through yet will get one tomorrow between 10am-4pm (Thursday 1/8)
Advanced public notice of entry to all tenants.
(I'll be contacting each tenant individually as well)
January 6th will start the walk through inspections.
All apartments are subject to entry on that day between 10:30am-12:30pm. No exceptions.

To all Sterling Heights Tenants: As you can tell, the power is out. That may mean no heat. And NVENERGY has given no estimated time of restoration.
Bundle up. For the ones with electric water heaters take a quick shower now before the water in your tank gets cold. And did you know that you can light a burner on your stove top with a utility lighter and put a Large pot of water on to boil. If you keep it full and let it simmer, it will steam up and warm your apartment.
Here's hoping it comes back on quickly. 🤞🏻

Current tenants:
It's starting to cool off. If the pilot light (flame) on your heater is not lit please contact us sooner rather than later. We will get it up and running so that you'll have it once it's needed. Otherwise, I will assume it's ready to go. If you're not sure, and you're already feeling the chill contact us so I can come check it in case it needs a technician. And please don't forget to keep the face of it cleaned off or the dirtiness will burn on to it.
We will most likely be coming around to get them ready for you in the next week or so.
Also I'm sure you've seen the work being done to winterize the stairs, please continue to watch for caution tape or wet paint signs. We'll be touching up all yellow paint on steps and areas of the building that need paint. (That will mean someone will be at your doorstep to touch up that paint. Be patient and cautious). We will also be updating all deadbolts and doorknobs. So be ready for a visit from management to get it done. (No need to change your keys.)

We have One apartment available-1 bedroom upstairs! No Pets. 3 people max.

All apartments vary in wear and other details but this apartment has new paint, new carpet, new curtains, and the grout in the kitchen has been refreshed also.
Both buildings have 2 laundry rooms each with 1 washer & dryer in each of them. (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs ). Each apartment has 1 assigned parking space, with several visitor's spaces conveniently located. Nice, quiet tenants. Gazebos with picnic tables to relax outside. Bike racks at both buildings.
