I feel so incredibly humbled today.

At the Silvercreek Realty Group Summit today, I was honored with the Outstanding Commitment Award for my service as your Designated Broker over the past 10 years. It completely caught me off guard (definitely not in my copy of the script 😅).

When I witnessed a standing ovation from 300+ agents and team members, I truly lost it. That moment will stay with me. 💗

Serving this brokerage has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life. I love all of you I get to support, the leadership I get to collaborate with, and the staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes every single day. I couldn’t do this without the village or my family. Truly blessed!

To the Doughty Family — thank you for your trust, your belief, and your unwavering support. It means the world to me.

Some of our agents made the trip to Boise for the Silvercreek Summit and awards banquet, and the rest of us cheered them on from our office watch party! What an amazing reminder of the culture and collaboration we’re blessed to be part of every day. So thankful for this brokerage and these people. 💫
