✨ Turn Key Day on the Lake ✨

There’s something extra special about turning over the keys to a lakefront home.

Taking in the sparkle on the water, hearing the birds overhead, and listening to the gentle waves roll in… it never gets old. 🌊🐦☀️

So many memories were made here — slow mornings with that view, summer laughter echoing across the water, peaceful sunsets that feel like they last forever.

And now… it’s someone else’s turn to fall in love with it. 🤍

Helping families close one chapter and begin another — especially on the lake — is truly one of my favorite parts of this job.

Mobile Santa begins December 17th! Firefighters will be out in the CDA neighborhoods collecting food and cash for those in need. Check the map to see when they will be in your neighborhood - and make sure to utilize the Santa tracker on our website to see where he is throughout the night. 🎅
