My Clients are the Best!
Bernie Dituri did an amazing job! I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Because my purchase was out of the market area of the fine agent selling my home, she put me in touch with Bernie. Bernie and I went to several homes, most of which were out of her normal selling area, but she went more than the extra mile to get me showings in these more remote places, putting together travel plans in an organized manner to minimize time and travel. She encouraged me to look at properties I didn't think I would be interested in, or was uncertain as to whether they would work for me. She said “It would be better to look than to wonder if I missed out on just the right place.” Not only that, she really cared that I found the right place specifically suited for me. Bernie listened to my needs and desires, and at intervals when it seemed like there was not the right place for me, she was on top of watching for that right place to come on the market, and would immediately send me notifications about any property she thought might interest me. She did not leave me alone in my search. I felt she was protective about me finding the right place more than interested in just “selling” me a property. She wanted to make sure I found a “home” not just a house! Bernie was also fun to house hunt with! She made it an adventure; it’s not just a job with her. She was wonderful in keeping in contact with selling agents calling them repeatedly every time I came up with another question, and responding to me as quickly as she received the answers. At closing, it was a tricky time of coordinating since the distance played a factor in the timing. She worked diligently with my other realtor, the sellers realtor, and the title companies involved. A nerve wracking time for me, but her coordinating skills, and her staying on top of everything with everybody, kept me reassured. I highly recommend Bernie for either selling or buying. She is invested in her clients, so good at making it an enjoyable experience, and goes above and beyond with a personal touch. I feel that Bernie is not only a good agent, but is now a friend!
