Hello Villas Residents,

Winter is almost behind us, and we’re looking forward to the warmer days ahead! As we transition into spring, we have a few reminders and updates for everyone:

🌼 Seasonal Reminders

If you still have holiday decorations up, please take a moment to remove them.

As the weather improves, please ensure balcony rails are completely clear of all items — including plants and decorations.

These items can become a safety hazard when wind speeds increase and may fall to the ground below.

🔧 Maintenance Requests

If you have any maintenance concerns — even minor ones — please submit a work order.

We have recently seen:

Microwaves tripping breakers

Dryers not drying as efficiently as they should

These are typically quick fixes, and we’d like to address them while things are a bit slower.

🌲 Community & Local Events

We have quite a few new residents at The Villas — welcome!

If you know of any fun local events, please feel free to share them on our page. This could include:

Farmers markets

Co****le tournaments

Concerts

Favorite restaurants

Churches

Hiking trails

Camping spots

Any hidden North Idaho gems you wish you had known about sooner

🚮 Property & Pet Reminders

Residents are responsible for their guests at all times.

We have found empty beer cans in the same area multiple times. We will be installing a trail camera to help identify who is responsible.

We are also receiving complaints from nearby HOA homeowners about residents not picking up after their pets. This is unacceptable. Please clean up after your pets every time.

🎁 What an amazing moment for our community! ❤️

Our Toys for Tots box was just picked up — and thanks to all of you, it was filled with 62 donated items! That is truly incredible.

We couldn’t be more proud of the generosity, kindness, and heart shown by our community. Every toy represents a child who will feel joy, hope, and love this holiday season.

Thank you to everyone who was able to donate and help make this happen. You made a real difference, and it means more than words can say. 🙏✨

Last year, I had just started and ended up turning in an empty box. This year is a completely different story, and it’s all because of you.
