🏡📈 April 2026 Housing Market Snapshot 📈🏡

We’re still seeing strong activity here in the South, especially in higher price points. Homes over $1M were up more than 14% from this time last year, and inventory has stayed pretty steady at about a 4.3 month supply. That’s giving buyers a little more breathing room while well-priced homes are still moving.

What I’m seeing locally matches the data — serious buyers are still out there, and sellers who price strategically are getting attention.
