🏡 UNDER CONTRACT x 3 🏡

While interest rates are nothing like what they were in the recent past, savvy buyers understand that this is the time to buy!

Higher interest rates have caused many buyers to pause their home search, causing sellers to be more flexible on Sales Price and/or Incentives.

Tired from all the bidding wars and over-bidding on homes, some of my clients got exhausted and took the backseat not too long ago.

Understanding what the market is doing now, I was able to consult with them on the benefits of purchasing now - and together - I was able to get 3 of those clients amazing deals on these Brand New, Beautiful Homes.

2 Single Family Houses in the same neighborhood in Manassas, and 1 Gorgeous Luxury Townhouse in Chantilly - all three of my clients were able to get at least $60,000 towards their Incentives!

Now let's take all of these to the finish line! Closing won't be until next year, since they are going to be building these homes from scratch, choosing their upgrades, and basically having a home a 100% to their liking!

Received a message last week from a wonderful couple who had seen multiple properties in the last month with another agent, and had lost out on three different houses that they loved and put offers on.

What a beautiful, smooth closing! We waived NO contingencies for this one, and my buyers have equity in the house already since the appraisal came in higher than our contract price!
