Found myself walking by Mrs. Curry’s former residence in Oakland while on my way to Sláinte Oakland for the St. Patrick’s Day block party. I enjoy this location with easy access to the freeway, downtown Oakland, Lake Merritt and of course Jack London Square. And the views! The San Francisco skyline will cause you to stare and it’s OK. If you can’t live in San Francisco, Oakland is the next best thing. Happy to help find your next home!

A new crack in your shower stall after a previous shower issue caused damage to my neighbor’s ceiling means I might as well get it updated. Today is Day 1 of 3.

While I wait to paint the primary bathroom and decor from Etsy to arrive, I started painting the guest bathroom. It’s starting to look brighter! The shower walls need to be replaced but it is fine for now.

My broker’s office are receiving lots of questions so they wanted to get this out:

• Dream For All is a shared appreciation loan

• Provides Down Payment Assistance up to 20% of the purchase price with a max of $150k

• Program funds will be selected via a Lottery, which will open 4/3/2024 & close 4/29/2024

• ‌One applicant must be a First-Generation Homebuyer:

A homebuyer who has not been on a title, held an ownership interest or been named on a mortgage to a home (on permanent foundation and owned land) in the United States in the last 7 years, and;

Your Real Estate Agent stopped by the Home Show in Santa Clara today to network and learn about new supplier offerings for your future home. There were plenty of general contractors, window, gutter guard and water softener/HVAV suppliers. I am growing my list of referrals for you to consider when you are in need. Living on a fault line, I know from working on patio cover and sunroom projects that they sometimes require engineering and footings for reinforcement. Imagine saving your beloved home by adding additional support when the next big one hits. They essentially reinforce your foundation. No doubt this is a big investment but prices will range. We also discussed what developers are and are not incorporating into new builds and if they are in talks with insurance companies.
