You might be asking, what can I do that another real estate broker can’t? This is a very good question to ask when dealing with the largest asset most of us will ever own; real estate. I have been interested in real estate, real estate finance, and mortgages since I was a young child. This interest has led me down the path of becoming a REALTOR, and investing in my own properties. At the age of 27

, with good old sweat equity, I fixed up a property I had purchased. After this success, I decided to obtain my real estate Broker's license. With my previous corporate knowledge of working in the construction industry as a Project Manager, and my determination, I went on to sell $4.5 Million worth of real estate in my first year. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for two of the top general contractors in the United States and the World, specializing in iconic luxury residential high rises, hotels, and hospital construction in both the Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area. As a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, I have a B.S. in Construction Management Engineering, and have a true passion of structures from the development phase all the way to sales.
