This one was pretty interesting. Large trees near any structure puts that structure at risk of movement. Mature Nature is undefeated and untied.

This condition revealed the lack of mechanical attachment of the structure that resulted in the structure actually "slipping" off the concrete slab. This will require costly repairs and reattachment. Our Buyers will benefit from the small investment in a Home Inspection.

A Professional Home Inspection should be viewed as a learning resource for the Home Buyers. Sometimes we encounter some oddities that we share for other to see why an inspection should NEVER be skipped or waived when purchasing a Home.
This property was described as recently renovated.
They just didn't say by whom?!?!
