1) Complete the Application. An application can be picked up at 661 Carriger Road, Hazel Green, AL. Once tentatively approved:
2) Provide Photo Identification and Social Security Card
3) Proof of income (2 recent pay stubs or Tax forms)
4) Pay an Application fee of $ 25.00 per applicant. Once your application is approved, to reserve a house you must pay a holding deposit of $900.00
Please be advised that in the event of cancellation, your $900.00 holding fee and $ 25.00 application fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE. At the time your information is received, we will begin to hold the house if a holding deposit has been paid and process all of your paperwork. A current and previous rental, salary requirements, credit history and criminal back ground check will be investigated. Stephens Property Management reserves the right to deny any application that does not meet the financial and /or criminal criteria. If your application is declined for any reason, the applicants Holding Deposit of $900.00 will be returned. If applicant is approved the $900.00 Holding Deposit will be applied to Damage Deposit.
