It has been a pleasure working for John. Ever since he contacted me in 2010 looking to buy a home for $15,0000 (half doubles were selling at that price in 2010) saying other agents wouldn't help him, I jumped right in to find him his first home in the area. Then when he lost his father, may he RIP, and John inherited the estate, we found John his forever home and purchased his rental portfolio in Tamaqua from an estate that wanted to sell all the properties together. Then when John decided he no longer wanted to deal with tenants, we sold his rental portfolio homes. John has always been an honest business man that became a friend.
