Pool Update: We’re Back Open!

Great news — the pool is officially back open after being down for a couple of days. Thank you for your patience while we got everything cleaned up, checked over, and ready to go.

Come enjoy the pool, relax on the patio, and make the most of the sunshine if it ever quits raining!

Our pool is taking a short “spa break” for some much-needed maintenance.

We know this may cause a splash of disappointment, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. The good news is we’re working to get everything fresh, clean, and cannonball-ready as soon as possible.

⚠️ Weather Alert – Safe Room Available

Due to the expected severe weather, the Quail Ridge safe room will be open and available tonight and tomorrow for any tenants who may need a safe place during the storms.

Please do not hesitate to use it if conditions become dangerous.

The pool has been deep cleaned, all the chemicals have been added, and the water has been fully tested and balanced. Everything is sparkling clean and ready for a warm day! 🌊

Attention Quail Ridge Cottage Residents

The water main has been repaired and water service has been restored, however full water pressure will not be available until additional repairs can be completed tomorrow morning.

Please run cold water through a sink faucet for a few minutes to bleed out any air and flush out any dirt or sediment that may be trapped in the lines.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete the remaining repairs.

We’ve had a lot of requests for a tour of our cottages at Quail Ridge, so here they are.

Quail Ridge Cottages offers modern, comfortable living in a gated community designed for convenience and lifestyle. Our beautifully maintained cottages are complemented by a clubhouse with pool and amenities, a dog park, secure gated access, and everything you need to feel at home.

While we don’t have video tours of our 3-bedroom units just yet, those will be coming soon as final touches are completed. In addition, we are currently building 11 brand-new units, creating even more opportunities to join our growing community.
