📲 Big News at Quail Ridge Cottages!

We are excited to officially announce the launch of the Quail Ridge Cottages Resident App!

This new app is designed to make life at Quail Ridge even more convenient by putting everything you need in one place. Residents will be able to:

• Submit maintenance requests
• Message the office directly
• View rent information
• Receive important community announcements
• Get severe weather and storm shelter notifications instantly
• Stay connected with everything happening at Quail Ridge

Over the next few days, our office staff will be reaching out to all current residents with information on how to download and get set up with the app. Going forward, every new resident will receive access as part of the move-in process, making it easier than ever to stay connected with our community.

As Quail Ridge continues to grow, we’re committed to investing in technology and services that provide the best possible living experience for our residents.

What began as open land and a vision has grown into a thriving residential community. Today, the development includes 50 completed homes, along with a clubhouse and swimming pool. The next phase will extend into the rear acreage, adding 20 additional homes and bringing the community to a total of 70 residences.

We recently received a call from a developer who wanted to visit Quail Ridge Cottages, walk the property, and study the community because they are interested in developing something similar.

We are always glad to see new ideas, growth, and investment coming to our area. We also understand that people may look to successful developments for inspiration. However, we want to respectfully make a few things clear.

First, Quail Ridge Cottages is a private, gated community. The gate is there for a reason—to protect the privacy, safety, and peace of mind of our residents. No one should enter or tour the property without prior authorization and an appointment. Our residents deserve to feel secure in the place they call home, and their privacy will always come first.

Second, Quail Ridge Cottages did not happen overnight. This community represents years of planning, risk, sacrifice, long days, sleepless nights, and a tremendous amount of hard work. We have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into every detail—from the design and layout of the cottages to the amenities, landscaping, infrastructure, and overall atmosphere of the community.

We are proud of what we have created, but we are not comfortable allowing someone to freely walk through the property for the purpose of copying our layouts, designs, concepts, or development plan. There is a major difference between being inspired by someone’s success and expecting them to hand over the ideas, experience, and hard-earned knowledge that made that success possible.

We believe in helping others, supporting responsible growth, and bringing great ideas to life. At the same time, we believe that hard work, creativity, and intellectual effort should be respected.

Quail Ridge Cottages is more than a development. It is a community that we have worked extremely hard to build, and we will continue protecting both our residents and everything that makes this place special.

Good news — the Quail Ridge Cottages pool is back open!

We had to shut her down for a little maintenance and a fresh reset, but she’s cleaned up, ready to go, and no longer looking like a science experiment.

Quail Ridge Cottages Pool Update:

The pool is temporarily closed while we drain and refill it with fresh water. The stabilizer level has gotten too high, which prevents the shock and chlorine from working properly.

We expect to have it refilled and back open in the next few days. In three years, the pool has only been closed one day, so we appreciate everyone’s understanding while we get this taken care of!

Pool Update: We’re Back Open!

Great news — the pool is officially back open after being down for a couple of days. Thank you for your patience while we got everything cleaned up, checked over, and ready to go.

Dear residents and friends of Quail Ridge Cottages,

Our pool is taking a short “spa break” for some much-needed maintenance.

We know this may cause a splash of disappointment, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. The good news is we’re working to get everything fresh, clean, and cannonball-ready as soon as possible.
