🔑 The assignment was clear: take the keys and sell the home swiftly.

These Trustees weren’t looking to sit on the market and wait out the obstacles of the current economic environment. They wanted a strategic approach designed to create a smooth, successful transaction.

So we got to work.

First, we made sure the foundation was solid. Title and Trust documents were verified and complete. We completed inspections and gathered the documentation buyers needed to make an informed decision.

This San Anselmo home is now closed, but I still wanted to share a few of the details that made it so special.

Photos can show you the rooms, the layout, and the finishes — but they don’t always tell you the stories. The stained glass gifted by a local family. The vintage telephone nook. The extra spaces waiting for imagination. The kitchen door that made it easy to come home from school. The Heath tile in the bathroom. The music room where creativity lived.

That’s why I always encourage people to see a home in person. Sometimes the best parts are the details you’d never know to look for online.
