Michelle Law Enlow, a California native, has been a Sonoma County resident and member of the business community for more than 20 years. She has owned and operated several successful businesses in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Michelle has a long history of community involvement and has served as Vice President of the Novato Chamber of Commerce; board member of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce and Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce; was a founding board member of the American Cancer Society, Novato Chapter and has served as a representative to the California Chamber of Commerce. Michelle has received numerous awards for excellence in business including two Spirit of Marin awards, Business Person of the Year, Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Business, Best of Marin, Golden Acorn Award for Environmental Awareness in Business, Volunteer of the Year and is a well-respected individual among the business community.

Michelle has also worked as a Vice President, Bank Manager for 4 years. Having been recruited by financial powerhouse, Citigroup after only 18 months in banking, Michelle was able to use her time there to leverage her entrepreneurial skills to win national recognition for her team in mortgage, business lending and consumer card sales. However, her greatest accomplishment during her tenure as bank manager was being able to navigate the sometimes cumbersome corporate structure to deliver a positive outcome and result for her customers and team. She consistently identified and hired top-tier talent, trained and mentored them to advanced rapidly through the ranks, many of them achieving bank manager status themselves. Her desire to help others succeed is exemplified by her commitment to her team and her relentless integrity.
