This business is all about relationships.. It all started with a referral from a friend.. a friend of mine was talking to a friend of theirs, and they were asking for a Realtor and who they should recommend to their dear friend who was looking to sell their home. My name was given..
We set a date and I was introduce to Adele.. Adele and Archie my two new best friends..

If you remember 821-823 Prince was an adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with tenants, and Adele lived in the ADU. We made a plan, worked really hard with the tenants to get the house together, yard cleaned up, inspections done, and then the tenants had to move last minute.. Time to shift gears. Tenants moved out, we did some repairs, landscaping, painted and got it staged perfectly.

In a few short weeks, the market was speaking, a price adjustment and the right Buyers came along. There were a few bumps, but we got through it. Adele was the best, definitely a trooper, her humor on days that could of been a little stressful, her smile when I came over, her little dog Archie who loved to play hard to get but ended up being the best little lap dog. We did it!! A huge shout out to your inner circle who helped us all along the way. Jan, Tom and Shelley, your help was much appreciated ❤️ Erin & Rob for the intro!

Adele, I have throughly enjoyed you and Archie. I am sad that we have lived in this town for 30+ years together, I’m just getting to meet you and now you’re leaving me. This is one of the hard parts of being a Realtor, we talk every day for months and when it’s done, I am thankful for the friendships we make. I am so excited for your next adventure in Bend, but don’t think you’re going to get rid of me that easy.. I see a road trip in my future🥹 and you can take the girl out of Healdsburg but you can’t take the Healdsburg out of the girl..

One thing that I take pride in as a Realtor is I’m not the type that gives you a punch list and tells you good luck, I work hard for my clients and am here to help you all along the way.

Love this one for my Buyers..

We spent a couple weeks looking at homes with an ADU, needing a space for my clients and for their Mom to come live with them.

Trying to stay in our budget, finding something that fit everyone’s needs was a little difficult, the ADU had too many steps, was too separated from the house, or the house just wasn’t what my clients wanted without having to do a bunch of updates..
