Lavender season has arrived in Healdsburg and I’m completely over the moon 🌿🪻

This is the first year our 130 Phenomenal lavender plants have truly put on a show and I’ve been having so much fun finding ways to enjoy them beyond the garden.

Think:
☕ Lavender lattes
🍸 Lavender martinis
🧺 Lavender sachets
💐 Dried bundles
🍋 Lavender lemonade

If your lavender is blooming right now (whether you have 5 plants or 50), I put together a blog sharing simple, beautiful ways to bring it into everyday life.

🎂 Birthday Reflection 🧡

Another year around the sun… and feeling incredibly grateful.

This birthday, I’m celebrating something simple but meaningful, my health, movement, family, and the ability to keep doing what I love.

This photo feels especially fitting because after a year of reminders not to take movement for granted, getting back to routines that make me feel strong feels like a gift.

I’m grateful for my family, for this beautiful life in Healdsburg and Sonoma County, and for a career in real estate that continues to connect me with wonderful people every day.

Here’s to another year of showing up, staying healthy, making memories, and enjoying the journey. 🧡✨

Memorial Day weekend in Sonoma County may feel like the start of summer — with BottleRock, the Healdsburg Future Farmers Country Fair, outdoor dining, and time with family and friends. 🇺🇸

But at its heart, Memorial Day is about honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

I wrote more about this on my blog today.

Set behind gates on approximately 26 acres in Northwest Santa Rosa, this private estate unfolds with a sense of scale, serenity, and sweeping beauty that’s rare to find so close to town. From its elevated vantage point, panoramic views stretch across Sonoma County, from Geyserville to Rohnert Park, creating a constantly shifting backdrop of vineyards, hills, and open sky. The main residence spans approximately 5,500 square feet, designed to embrace both grand entertaining and relaxed everyday living. Walls of glass, soaring ceilings, and multiple view-facing decks draw the outdoors in, while the home’s layout offers flexibility with multiple living spaces, two primary suites, and a dedicated office ideal for working remotely or hosting extended stays. The experience here is centered around lifestyle. Mornings begin with coffee, overlooking rolling hills, afternoons are spent poolside under the Sonoma sun, and evenings transition effortlessly to the spa, sauna, or fireside gatherings. Tucked into the landscape, a private pond offers a quiet, unexpected escape, perfect for a slow paddle, peaceful reflection, or simply unwinding at the water’s edge. Whether hosting intimate dinners or larger celebrations, the setting feels both impressive and deeply comfortable. Beyond the main residence, a separate approximately 1,056 sq. ft. home provides additional versatility, ideal for guests, multigenerational living, or income potential. The land itself is equally compelling, gated, private, and thoughtfully maintained, with a sense of openness that allows for a variety of uses, from recreation to agricultural pursuits. Sustainable features, including an extensive solar system, complement the property’s long-term livability. Just minutes from Santa Rosa and the airport, yet feeling worlds away, this is a property that delivers both convenience and complete escape, an opportunity to live expansively in the heart of Sonoma County.

Spring at the farmers market just feels different here.

You start to see the same faces again, the stands fill up with color, and suddenly your weekends slow down in the best way. It’s not just about what you’re picking up… it’s the conversations, the people behind the tables, the whole feeling of being part of something local.

And what I love about Sonoma County is that it’s not just one market…it’s Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Windsor… each one with its own personality, its own culture.

I wrote a little about this in my blog yesterday, on how the markets really reflect the lifestyle here and why they matter more than people realize.

There’s something incredibly powerful about a property that gives you options.

At this Healdsburg offering, the ADU isn’t an afterthought, it’s a true extension of the lifestyle. A private entrance, full bath, and the kind of separation that allows for flexibility without compromise.

Whether it’s hosting guests, creating a work-from-home retreat, or generating additional income, this is the kind of feature today’s buyers are actively seeking.

In a market that’s become more thoughtful and intentional, properties that offer versatility like this are the ones that stand out.

This isn’t just a home, it’s a smarter way to live in Sonoma County.

Perched on a hilltop with both eastern sunrise views and western sunsets, this is one of those properties that simply doesn’t come along often. And to experience it from the pool—completely private, completely still—is what makes it unforgettable.

Set on a hilltop with sweeping eastern and western views, and a pool perfectly positioned to take it all in, this is Sonoma County living at its best.

You don’t often find a hilltop home that captures both sunrise and sunset views… but this one does.

And the pool might be the best seat in the house.

Sunrise on one side.
Sunset on the other.
And a pool right in the middle. Details are available through the link in my bio, or reach out to me directly for a private showing.

Let’s talk about the heart of the home… the kitchen.

This is where everything happens — morning coffee, late-night conversations, effortless entertaining. And this one delivers on every level.

Sunlight pours in, the finishes are clean and refined, and the layout just works — whether you’re hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet night in.

It’s the kind of kitchen that doesn’t just look beautiful… it lives beautifully.

✨ Can you see yourself cooking here… or just pouring a glass of wine and taking it all in?

Spring break doesn’t always mean boarding a plane ✈️

Here in Sonoma County, it’s something quieter…
Morning coffee in the sun, walks along the Russian River, bikes on country roads, and that first hint of green returning to the vineyards.

This year, I traded wine country for Palm Springs ☀️
And honestly, the highlight isn’t the sunshine… it’s time with my 13-year-old granddaughter.

At this age, life starts moving fast. So the fact that she chose to spend her spring break with us? That’s everything.

These are the moments I hold onto—
the simple ones, the real ones, the ones that matter most.

Spring has a way of reminding us what’s important.

✨ And on the real estate side… we have some incredible listings coming to market in early April. Stay tuned. 👉 To read the full article, visit my blog (link in bio).

Home design is evolving in 2026, and I’m loving where it’s going.

After years of cool grays and all-white interiors, homes are becoming warmer, richer, and more personal. Natural materials like stone, plaster walls, wide-plank wood floors, and handmade tiles are bringing texture and authenticity back into our homes.

Earth-inspired colors, statement lighting (I call it room jewelry), sculptural stone kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms are replacing sterile minimalism. Homes today are meant to feel layered, comfortable, and collected over time.

In Wine Country especially, these trends feel right at home—blending indoor and outdoor living with materials like oak, limestone, clay tile, and natural stone.

I share more about what’s in for home design in 2026 on my blog.
