Looking for ways to get involved or support our local youth? Check out this great list of ways to help or get involved !
Rolling fast into Robertson County Fair weekend… it’s go time. 🎉 This is where it all comes together for our kids! 🐄🐖🐑
📍 Commercial Heifer Sale – Saturday at 10:00 AM (please note we have moved back to the Hearne fairgrounds location)
📍 Youth Market Sale – Monday at 6:30 PM (please note we have some new buyer disposition options - more info coming on that soon!)
First off — thank you to our long-time buyers… local ranches, businesses, banks, individuals who show up year after year without needing a spotlight. We appreciate you more than we can ever say!
But here’s what people miss…
You don’t have to buy a full project animal to make an impact!
👉 $20, $30, $40, $100… it ALL adds up
👉 Every dollar goes towards supporting Robertson County youth! 👏🏻
There are buyer groups raising money right now in creative ways — and this is your chance to plug in without overthinking it:
👇 Pick one. Support it. Done. ✅
• Delectable Dumplings – a ladies-only buyer group running a raffle with some really great items. Go check out their Facebook group or reach out to Yvette Schultz and grab a ticket or three 🎟️ 💥Drawing is 3/29
• Franklin Social Club – a long standing mens group that hosts events throughout the year to raise money for our youth auction. They have a lot of fun and eat even better food! Get with Allen Wood for more info!
• Robertson County 360- supports Robertson County youth in both auctions and organizes a raffle fundraiser. Reach out to Ken Elliott or Troy Baker - they partner with a lot of folks (individuals, businesses, etc) that have small budgets to come together to make a large impact.
• Robertson County Go-Texan – 🦞
Crawfish boil Saturday at 5 PM.
$40/plate with all the fixin’s. Ask about sponsorships or just come eat — proceeds go straight to buying animals at the sale
👉 They also have RV spots available for the weekend – $150
• Good Ol Boys – all money goes to support Robertson County youth at the auctions. Contact Colton Conn for info - he is working to collect funds for youth auction and add-ons!
•Other buyers form groups during the excitement of the sale while on the auction floor. Come join in the fun and be a part of the action! It’s a cool thing to see individuals and businesses band together to make it happen!
• Custom Built Pergola – donated by TX Custom Timber (owners Jason & Denise Gouge)
👉 There will be a silent auction at the Market Sale for this item — don’t miss it 👀
🎡 Pre-sale carnival tickets are live❗️
Grab them BEFORE you get to the gate — 100% goes back to our kids for those purchased early.
👉 Available at SouthStar Bank locations, Love Title, and Home & Ranch Real Estate. Melissa and Toni will also have them on hand during the weekend!
🎟️ Scholarship raffle tickets are still available for purchase. Your board members have them and want to sell you some! $20 each. Reach out to Marci-Ronnie Leamon or message the page and we’ll point you in the right direction…
💰 Don’t forget ADD-ONS
During (and even after) the sale Monday night, you can still support and increase an exhibitor’s project value. Simple. Impactful. Appreciated.
🛠️ Ag Mechanics Show – another area you don’t want to skip. The amount of work and skill in these projects speak for themselves.
👉 Top 5 individuals have the opportunity to sell their project by silent auction during the Market Sale Monday night.
🍪 The yummy food division…There’s a silent auction during the Market Sale and those kids work just as hard. And there is a rule that the calories don’t count! 🧁
🎨 and don’t miss out on the Creative Arts – go take the time to walk through and see what these kids have created. It’s always impressive and worth slowing down for, and they have a silent auction for photography projects.
Bottom line — show up and be a part of this amazing weekend. Our county may be small, but our hearts are huge. 💙
👉 If we missed any buyer groups, reach out to us so we can get you included.
If you made it this far - check out these awesome 2025 seniors who were awarded $75,000 in RCFA scholarships last May. We can’t do this without YOU!
See you at the Fair! 👏🏻
