I have to say, this is by far the best Icecream 🍦 we’ve ever had in USA…!!! I highly recommend making the drive to Wylie, Texas to try this. We have been going almost every week. The owner is really passionate about his signature recipes and we all support him and his business and hope you’ll all do the same. They even let you do 2 flavors in one scoop so my wife had six flavors in one sitting yesterday. LoL 😂

As of 9/30/24, the ice cream shop is closed and Ken (the ice cream man) has retired.
House-made, slow-churned ice cream and hand-rolled fresh fried pies all made the old fashioned way!

UPDATE ON CLUBHOUSE SHOWERS! (Please read all)

I spoke to Robert Whittle, our developer a few minutes ago and let him know the situation of many residents including myself without any running water and or hot water. Even though he was at the airport waiting for a flight home, he took the time to make a few phone calls to his family members in the neighborhood and they will open the clubhouse today, from now until 9pm tonight. Please be aware that this is only for the showers and not for the gym or restaurant or any other clubhouse operations. Also, if you could bring your own towels and toiletry products, that would be great because they do not have regular staff or keys to replenish anything that runs out. P.S. Hot water only lasts about 20 minutes but will be hot again after waiting 20 minutes. Not sure if this is a timer or just the capacity of the tanks...etc. but wanted to let you all know so no one flips out when it gets cold. LoL

Glad I could get this accomplished, just wish I thought of doing it sooner.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors of Club MMD No. 1 is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting will be conducted solely by Zoom audio video conference pursuant to guidance from the Governor’s office regarding Covid-19.

HEATH GOLF & YATCH CLUB COMMUNITY GARDEN PROJECT:
There was a lot of interest in this before but no one ever moved on it so I called Whittle this morning and asked. He thinks it is a great idea but he needs to know how much land we would need and how many are seriously interested. His only concern is that if people lose interest, it will turn into a w**d garden which I can totally understand.

Anyway, please let me know all your ideas and who would be committed to this and I will see if I can get it done. We might need to have people volunteer as Garden Managers to designate space, create rules and guidelines...etc. I think most of it can be done on Facebook with a simple voting system for everything.

If anyone is shocked at the Heath water prices, this Rachio will save you a lot and make your lawn look much better. It’s on sale now at Costco until tomorrow only. Very easy to install too.

Anyone having issues replacing or repairing sections of your one or a kind sized irrigation system, your in luck. After a year of searching everywhere and buying and returning everything, I finally found the only brand that has the sizes you need to fix those holes and damage done by lawnmowers to your hoses. Don’t bother checking Lowe’s or Home Depot because nothing exists.
