Today I stopped by Brickhouse Social and honestly… this place is such a vibe. Great food, beautiful flowers, coffee, cozy spaces to sit, and one of those places that makes you want to stay longer than you planned ☕🌸

One thing I love about exploring communities around Southeastern Ohio is finding places that make an area feel unique.

Whether you’re grabbing coffee, lunch, meeting friends, working remotely, or just need a change of scenery… definitely worth checking out 😊

And yes… the grilled cheese and sweet potato waffle fries absolutely deserved their own photo 😂

Seeing more and more “For Sale By Owner” posts lately 👀

Everyone wants to save money and I completely understand that. But the numbers continue to show that many FSBO homes sell for less than agent-assisted homes.
Pricing strategy, exposure, negotiations, inspections, and appraisals matter more than ever in today’s market.
