Even though we weren't named in the article, DFW continues to see strong leasing activity in the luxury retail space. That being said, even with the strong inflow of consumers, companies, and capital, could this be a sign of things to come in the Dallas/Ft Worth?

Luxury retail slows as top brands pull back to New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, clustering on prime corridors to protect brand equity.
