Helped a wonderful couple in Oklahoma score a 5.5% rate on a cashout refi that helped them lower their monthly payment giving them some relief on their monthly budget and also gave them an add’l 20k cash in hand (wired to the bank) at closing. And the really cool kicker is that we set up their closing in a random town and state (not their hometown/state) that they just happen to be in once they were Clear To Close. Used a new lender (Loan United) that was super speedy in underwriting!
