Olga and I connected through her niece Becky Martinez. Becky told me that her aunt was moving from Puerto Rico and wanted to buy a home. This would be her first home purchase and although she was a little nervous, which is natural, she was also excited. I assured her that I would be with her throughout ther whole process and although it was a sellers market I was confident with time we would find the right home for her. It wasn’t easy, homes we’re going under contract fast and it was always a multiple offer situation. Yet a person's character is always revealed when things get tough. What I saw in Olga was a strong woman with a positive attitude who wouldn’t give up. She is a warrior! As a result in less than 35 days we secured a contract under list price for a fully renovated beautiful home in a good neighborhood within walking distance to her nieces house. On top of that I was able to get her an additional $1500 credit toward her closing costs. Olga, I am so proud of you and forever grateful to know you and call you friend and consider you as family.
