Hey, is that a new service road you’re building?
It’s not a road, it’s part of the 4 mile trail system we’re building at Benloch Ranch. The trail is being built in two parts: a paved, asphalt trail that meanders atop the rim of the lake, winds along SR-32 and through the trees at our hidden springs—and makes a few connections to the backcountry trail (for hiking and biking) that is also being built along the south mountainside of Benloch Ranch!

Two amazing, interconnected trails systems!

This spring you’ll be able to enjoy both trails to better explore the beauty of Benloch Ranch!

We went on a morning tour of Benloch’s next-door neighbor, the stunning Marcella Club at Jordanelle Ridge. It’s the site of the impressive Tiger Wood’s golf course! The golf course is nearly complete and home-sites are under construction.

Look close—what do you see? 👀

We didn’t expect to find a family of Sandhill Cranes on our mountain hike at Benloch Ranch. We have a few hidden ponds on the ranch and this family of cranes found a perfectly secluded spot to raise their chicks. 😍

Did you know the sandhill crane is one of the oldest bird species? Fossils from Sandhills have been around for at least 2 million years.
