Hotel Park City has always been one of favorite places to take staycations in Park City. The location, amenities, rooms, views, and shuttle, it has everything! My clients bought a Grand Luxury Suite there in 2023 when I met them at an open house and they knew that’s where they wanted to be and I drove them there after! They waited until the right one came on the market and purchased it. It was now time to move on the something else, so they gave me a call to sell it. Congrats to my buyers who just closed in this Valais home is a great location in the community with no homes behind it and close to clubhouse and pool and park. 9 months of hard work and I couldn’t be happier for my clients to find their dream home in the private golf community of Promontory in Park City, UT! They are currently packing up their home in Ohio and will be heading here in the coming days. When we initially started, Promontory wasn’t even on their list but after taking them there after they asked me about it their interest was peaked. It took two more visits and seeing many other things before they decided it is where they wanted to be. The views, amenities, ski shuttle, and knowing they can make fast friends with all the events was a huge reason why.
This is why I love my job! You never know what is going to happen and I love helping my clients find what they are looking for, even if they didn’t know in the beginning!
