I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous when I first learned that Coldwell Banker would be joining the Compass family. Change can bring uncertainty, especially when you care deeply about the company and people you’re aligned with.

Having the opportunity to hear directly from Robert Reffkin only reinforced my confidence in the future. What stood out most wasn’t the business strategy or growth plans, but his focus on people, family, and relationships. His message resonated with me on a personal level because it reflected values that matter both in life and in business.

I came away impressed by how much he genuinely cares about the agents, employees, and communities that make this company what it is. It’s clear that people are at the center of his vision, and that gives me a lot of excitement for what lies ahead.
