About a year ago I closed on my first sale as a real estate agent. Since then I have sold 8 properties with a total value of over $2 million! Here are some statistics summarizing my first year:

Money I saved my buyers: $293,300 (asking price - closing price)
Average savings per buyer transaction: 6.7% (that’s in a seller’s market too!)
Money made for my sellers: $21,100 (additional money made over the asking price)
Average amount over asking price per seller transaction: 9.3%

If you know me then you know I’m also a full time auditor at a public accounting firm. I always say real estate is my fun “hobby” job so thank you to everyone who has been a part of the fun! Hopefully 2022 is just as great as this past year!

This was a very unique deal to say the least. After a lot of negotiations and hard work we were able to close before the end of the year with a great deal! I’m excited to see what my buyers are able to do with this property. The barn inside and out is incredible!

Sometimes it takes seeing a few houses to know what you want. After a few months of searching, my buyers are very excited to get this lake house under contract. I'm hoping all goes well over the next 45 days!

This house had been on and off the market for about 7 years. I was looking forward to getting this house sold because I thought it would be a fun challenge. From the time this listing went live to the time it closed, the deal took 19 days and went for well over asking price! I know my sellers are happy to finally have the property sold. I hope the new owner is excited for this opportunity and is able to turn the property into something nice.

CLOSED!!!
My buyers signed the paperwork yesterday to make it official! They are excited to move in and make this house their own. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and other amenities downtown. The house has been upgraded with smart lights, a security system, sound systems, and a high-tech smart home system. I'm incredibly excited for them and hope they settle in nicely!
