We absolutely love when our guests sign our guest book. We read each one and thoroughly enjoy each message. It means so much to us for guests to take a moment out of their stay to write something special.

But this message was by far the best and most unique one yet! Definitely the farthest traveler we’ve had, all the way from China! Thank you for choosing us Shang and leaving us this awesome message 🇨🇳

Today, we were able to take a minute to sit down and enjoy a quiet moment in this little special place that we have created. To sit by the fire for a moment and soak it in. What little did we know a few years ago when we started this little adventure, what a blessing it would be to our family and so many others that have stayed with us. Sitting here with our baby reading all the positive messages from our guests in our guest book, I couldn’t help but shed a few tears. So many birthdays, anniversaries, girls trips, first trips away with a new significant other or child and even an engagement here, among so many more special memories made at our place.

To our guests, many of who have now returned for repeat visits:

We appreciate you so much for taking the time to sign our guest book. It means the world to us to hear your positive feedback, what you loved most of our cabin and the surrounding areas we call home. Thank you for trusting in us. We have poured so much into this little cabin in the woods and to hear how much it’s enjoyed by all means so very much to us ❤️
