There are many opinions on where the real estate market will be come 2023. Some positive and some doom and gloom. As we all know no one knows the future but all we can do is use the data available to us make our best prediction. I personally do not believe the doom and gloom forecast. With the 20 years of experience I have the multiple conversations I have with past clients, clients in the today's current market, past experience in all kinds of markets I truly believe today's real estate market will self correct itself this Spring and I do anticipate an up tick in the market.
