I wanted to answer a question we hear more and more often in Montana real estate:

“What is solar actually worth?”

So we analyzed residential sales from 2024 and 2025 that referenced solar panels and compared them against similar non solar sales to see how buyers are reacting in the real market.

The study found a measurable positive contribution in many cases, but it also confirmed that ownership status, financing, system quality, liens, and buyer perception all matter.

Happy Pi Day.

In 2006, Akira Haraguchi recited 100,000 digits of π from memory over more than 16 hours. When asked why he was so devoted to it, he said:

“The earth, the galaxy, and the universe all rotate. In other words, rotation is the absolute truth. So as long as I’m thinking about pi, I think I can live a life according to truth.”

Maybe that is the beauty of mathematics. Beneath all the complexity, there is order.

Today seems like a good day to appreciate that.

Moore Appraisal Firm is seeking a detail oriented and tech-comfortable individual to assist with internal data organization and digital support tasks.

This is a short-term project position of approximately 30-40 days, with potential to extend depending on fit and performance.

Responsibilities include structured data entry, document organization, and maintaining company digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, highly accurate and has good attention to detail, comfortable with Google Workspace, knows or is able to learn new technology and different online platforms easily, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Estimated 10 to 20 hours per week. Remote work possible.
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience.
