Sieben Live Stock Company is the longest standing tenant in the Livestock Building, beginning in the early 1950s and spanning 3 generations of Hibbard family members involved in ranching. The current owners have been not only terrific stewards of this historic building but are also responsive and fair landlords. Having just remodeled our offices, we look forward to many more years here.

I rented space in the Livestock Building for 5 years for my business, 50 Minute Fitness. When I left, it was not to move to a better location, but because my business model changed and I closed my fitness studio.

My experience as a tenant was very positive. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly and fairly: the owner would arrive within the hour, usually, or if that wasn't possible, I would be told when to expect help.

The location of the Livestock Building is great! Being in the heart of downtown, near so many good food & drink places, shops, salons, massage studios, and other businesses means working in a community. Your clients support those businesses and their clients support yours.

As the plaques near the entrance of the building indicate, the Livestock Building was built in 1949. Here is a story from the Montana Woolgrowers Association (who maintained an office in the building until just a few years ago) about the dedication of the building on March 11, 1950. Hat tip to the Sieben Live Stock Company, a tenant in the building since the early 1950s, for this article.
