My Story

For over 14 years, I was honored to assist hundreds of families throughout San Antonio as they purchased their brand new homes. I was able to guide them to choose their best floor plan, home site, upgrades and then I secured the highest incentives for them. I also assisted many of them to find their Quick Move In home if they needed something sooner.

Throughout this time I was proud to achieve a satisfaction rating of over 98% from my Buyers. I was also honored to receive the President’s Club Award from my Builder. I then decided to take that knowledge, experience and caring approach with me to assist more families as a Realtor® in general real estate....specializing in assistance to 1st Time Home Buyers.

I am a proud Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI ®), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) with further certifications in Real Estate Negotiation (RENE) New Home Construction (NHC) and I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

My Buyer Client’s needs, wants and desires in their new home are the most important things to me. I go searching for their new property to show them, and I also work with a team of experienced Loan Counselors to help them with their financing. This way they are confident when presenting their strongest offer in order to secure their Dream Home.
