Not every SOLD story happens in the first week. Sometimes it takes over 90 days, dozens of showings, a changing market, and an agent who stays committed until the job is done.

This listing came with its challenges. New construction had taken over the surrounding area, giving buyers more options and some pretty aggressive builder incentives. At the same time, Jamie's sellers needed to sell so they could relocate out of state.
Jamie stayed the course.
She held open houses, listened to buyer feedback, made strategic price adjustments with her sellers, worked through concessions, and continued marketing the home until the right buyer finally came along.
And her work didn't stop once they were under contract.
When inspection repairs came up, Jamie worked to find solutions and coordinated with the original installers to address items instead of simply having her sellers come out of pocket. She continued advocating for them all the way through closing.
Throughout the process, Jamie remained positive, communicative, and caring with her sellers. She understood that this wasn't just about selling a house—it was about helping them move forward with the next chapter of their lives.
