🏡 “It’s a brand-new house… do we really need an inspection?”

That’s a question I hear a lot when my clients are buying new construction.

Today I met with HHI Home Inspections to inspect my clients’ new build, and it was another great reminder of why inspections are so important. 🔍👷‍♂️

Even though the home is brand new, an inspection gives my buyers peace of mind knowing that everything—from the roof and attic to the electrical, plumbing, and foundation—is carefully checked before closing.
