2019-05-01: Woohoo to Patrick! When he first called me, I was positive it was a prank call, but I agreed to meet him anyhow at a Starbucks. I've never met someone so positive and with so much optimism. It was great that he was willing to drive a little further from the city center to find a slightly bigger home with a HUGE backyard. And he lucked out because the builder was putting in some other nice ammenditites.

2019-03-27: Jerome is a good example of "it's never too late" to become a first-time home buyer. And while he wasn't a Vet, we definitely formed that close bond, maybe because of our similar backgrounds with computers. He is definitely one of the sweetest men I've come to meet, and that wasn't because of the homemade chocolate treats that he would bring me. And as you might suspect, we had to buy him a home with a HUGE room near the kitchen to hold all his chocolate cookware from a business he used to run. I hope that he starts it up soon, even if part time. Thank you for letting me help you on this special journey.

2019-03-07: Congrats to Tracy and Erika on their "upgrade". Luckily for them, it's just up the street from their current home, but has a more spacious 1-story layout with an amazing backyard. Who doesn't love living on a green belt that makes your backyard look like it goes on forever!?

2019-02-28: Here's a great story of a mother helping her son (prior Vet) and his wife to become first-time home buyers. In this particular transaction, the seller rented the home back for a few weeks. And while it's not a recommended course of action, sometimes it's just unavoidable. The main concern being not having an empty house to ensure all repairs were fixed and no damages were hidden behind furniture and furnishings.

2019-02-27: Welcome back home for Jenny & Clyde. It all started with an usual call from Mexico from a mil couple who had gone to paradise for retirement. Listening to their stories, I was almost convinced of buying a home in Mexico as well. Unfortunately, they had to come visit twice because of some issues during the final walk through of their new home which then prompted them to go to another builder. But in the end. it all worked out since they weren't going to get here for awhile. Thank you for being patient!

2020-02-12: Our first flip turned wholesale with my business partners (Copernicus Guerra and Tallyn Guerra). I was hoping for some inside pics, but I didn't have time to clean up inside and do some light dusting. LOL :p But trust me, it was pretty scary, just even walking up the steps and trying to not fall through them.

2020-02-12: This was supposed to be our first flip... ended up being a wholesale instead. And although we had some nice designs for a 3rd floor terrace overlooking downtown San Antonio, it was also a relief make a quick turnaround on this property. :)

2018-12-31: Congrats to Brandon on becoming a first-time home owner. We jumped through alot of hoops to get this closed before the end of the year, so thank you to all that helped in this process. And best of all, we were able to avoid the 4-hour drive down from Dallas for closing so that he could stay with family during the holidays. HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!

2018-11-15: Completed the final course today earning my Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. Lots of great information on legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. It not only makes me a better agent, but a more savvy investor.
