🏡 Our Annual Home Check-Up Reminder!

As real estate professionals, we always remind our clients that regular home maintenance is one of the best ways to protect your home and your investment. Taking a little time each year to check things around the house can help catch small issues before they turn into costly repairs.

🔧 A Few Yearly Reminders From Us:

HVAC System: Schedule a yearly inspection and keep filters clean and changed regularly.

Roof & Gutters: Check for damaged shingles, leaks, and clean out gutters and downspouts.

Plumbing: Look under sinks, around toilets, and near the water heater for leaks or signs of water damage.

Water Heater: Check for leaks and follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance.

Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Test them regularly and replace batteries when needed.

Electrical: Check outlets, switches, and visible wiring for anything unusual or damaged.

Windows & Doors: Check locks, screens, seals, and weatherstripping.
