Shane Allman, Realtor - Toledo Bend & Lake Sam Rayburn Real Estate - Specializing in Lakes Area Properties - Shane Allman moved to East Texas from Dallas to attend Stephen F. Austin in 1991. They were married in May of 2000.

He graduated in 1995 with a BFA, moved to Brookeland, and soon started his career as a full-time fishing/ duck hunting guide on Lakes Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend as well as a traveling tournament professional. During that time he met his wife Christy who had just graduated from SFA and was starting her Masters. After about 9 years of fishing for a living, Shane decided a change was needed and got his real estate license in 2004. Christy later joined him in real estate in 2007 at the same time Shane got his Broker’s license. In 2008 they opened their own office on the lower end of Sam Rayburn and named the company Allman Company, REALTORS. In 2011 they opened a second office in Broaddus, TX and in 2013 they opened their 3rd office in Hemphill, TX. Shane & Christy have 2 daughters, Samantha and Cami and now live in Milam, TX. Shane is a 3rd generation realtor. Shane is an honest and professional Broker in the Lakes Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn area that is known for his exceptional negotiating and problem solver skills. With over 18 years of Real Estate experience, Shane makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for his clients.
