The Nevada Legislature has approved a brand-new $20,000 Down Payment Assistance Program exclusively for Essential Workers. This incredible opportunity is designed to help qualified home buyers purchase a primary residence in Nevada.

This program is first-come, first-served and is expected to help approximately 900 Nevada families until the allocated $18 million in funding is exhausted.

· Provided as a no-interest, no-payment, non-forgivable 30-year second mortgage
