Ever wonder how you integrate new chickens into an existing flock? 🐔
We’re in the middle of doing exactly that at our place. If you’ve ever added new hens, you know it’s rarely as simple as opening the coop door and hoping everyone becomes best friends.

There’s usually some pecking order drama, a few hurt feelings, and a lot of supervision.

Thankfully, things are going pretty well so far. The new girls are settling in, and the flock is slowly figuring things out.

This sale was such a rewarding one. ❤️

My clients had their home on the market for nearly 6 months with another agent before we connected through a referral from a friend. They were preparing for retirement and hoping to move closer to family in Tennessee, so getting their home sold quickly and with strong terms was incredibly important to them.

When we met, we put together a clear game plan focused on presentation, marketing, and creating excitement before the home officially hit the market. We discussed a few simple improvements to make the home feel even more inviting, updated the professional photos and video, and launched a strong marketing campaign designed to maximize exposure.

Our original plan was to wait until the open house weekend for showings… but the response came faster than expected.

A buyer reached out wanting to see the home immediately because they were afraid it would sell too quickly. After touring the property, they submitted a full price offer on the spot.

After sitting on the market for months, my clients were absolutely shocked that their home sold in just ONE day. 🙌

This is such a great reminder that in today’s market, strategy matters. The right preparation, pricing, presentation, and marketing can completely change the outcome.

This one has such a special story behind it. 💛

A few months ago, I helped my clients’ sister and brother-in-law purchase a home. After hearing about their experience, these amazing clients reached out to me, and we started casually looking at homes together. When we walked into this house, they immediately fell in love with it… but we hadn’t even discussed selling their current home yet.

That’s when I asked:
“What if I could get you under contract on this home contingent on selling yours?” 👀

Challenge accepted.

We got this home under contract, listed their current home within ONE week, and had it SOLD in just TWO weeks so everything could come together seamlessly.

Of course, like most real estate transactions, it wasn’t without hurdles. A few things definitely came up along the way on this home, but with the right strategy, communication, and persistence, we were able to navigate through it all and get everyone to the closing table successfully. 🙌

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do. Helping families move into the next chapter of their lives is never just a transaction to me.

This month’s market report comes from beautiful Mt. Charleston 🌲 While the Las Vegas market has seen a slight slowdown in demand, inventory also remains lower, helping home values stay strong across many areas of Henderson and Las Vegas.

Homes that are priced correctly and marketed well are still standing out and attracting serious buyers. In today’s market, achieving top dollar takes more than simply putting a sign in the yard.

This year we had the honor of partnering with The Just One Project here in Southern Nevada, an incredible organization fighting food insecurity and helping families through programs like mobile food pantries, senior food delivery, housing support, employment resources, and youth programs.

What I love most is that they don’t just hand someone a temporary fix and send them on their way… they work to create real stability and long-term support for people who truly need it. ❤️

It was hot, chaotic, loud, exhausting, and honestly one of the best days. Watching so many people come together in matching red shirts with one mission reminded me that community is still alive and well in Las Vegas. 🌵✨

So proud to be part of a brokerage that believes success means more than sales numbers. Today was about people.

Congrats to this beautiful soul on buying her dream home! 🏡✨

This one was really special for me. I’ve known Jamie for years, and getting to watch her accomplish this completely on her own was incredible. I truly don’t know many people who work as hard as she does, and it was such an honor getting to be part of this journey with her.

Now… it definitely wasn’t without hurdles 😅 but we had an amazing team working together behind the scenes, stayed persistent, and made it happen.

Jamie, I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. Your new home is so deserved, and I can’t wait to see all the memories you make there. 💕🔑
