Good Friday only became good in hindsight. Thousands of years ago it was grueling. On this day Jesus said “it is finished” while on a cross. That means we’re finished trying to earn our way to God. We’re finished worrying about past mistakes. Finished being numbed out. All of that is gone. A bad day for Him means a good day for you.

John 3:16-17 - "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him."
