Every transaction has its own story, and this one came with plenty of moving parts.

The buyers were coordinating the sale of their home in California while purchasing their new home here in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, we coordinated a short leaseback for the sellers of the Las Vegas home, giving them additional time to secure their next home after closing. Successfully coordinating both timelines took careful planning, clear communication, and teamwork from everyone involved.

One thing I always strive to do with buyers is a lot of homework upfront. By taking the time to truly understand exactly what they were looking for, we were able to focus on the homes that fit their needs instead of spending weekends touring dozens of properties.
