If you find a house that you absolutely love and you can afford it at the 7% rate get the house. Rates fluctuate can go up and can go down when the rates go down you can refinance still be in your dream home with a lower rate!

‼️‼️‼️‼️To all my homeowners, please check if your tax cap has been filed correctly. If it has not you will have to contact the assessors office to make the correction. (Email is the best as there are experiencing high in person traffic)

If your home is your primary residence it should be capped at 3% a lot of homeowners like myself were capped at 8% make sure you check and get it rectified!!
