In this market, new home builds have received a pretty bad rep over this past year. There are many who believe that they have had a big hand in driving prices up. Between that and asking buyers to compete with each other rather than the traditional wait list scenerio.. Honestly, it's getting harder and harder to find good home builds these days. There are few that still hold those traditional morals and mostly fair pricing. Your realtor knows how to sort through them. Weather it's me or someone else, just remember to have your favorite realtor represent you through the process. Remember, the builder realtor represents... You guessed it!!! The builder! So don't let yourself get stuck in a situation you don't want to be in. Took a short quick video while we were there. We have 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Upgrades included and 1% towards closing. That's almost impossible to come by in this market.

In this crazy SELLERS market, I was able to negotiate this amazing deal for my buyers!👇😳😍.
